On Saturday, February 7th, 2009 the Planning and Conservation League (PCL) and PCL Foundation hosted an Environmental Legislative Symposium. This annual event brought together over 315 activists, business leaders, policy and decision makers, environmental non-profits and attorneys.
Background
The Symposium theme for 2009 was “Steps to a Sustainable California: Building Momentum for Real Change.” To ensure a sustainable future, we need to make real changes in how we live our lives, and how we organize our society. And we need to start making those changes right now – right here in California!
