What Personal Information Do We Collect, And How Is It Used?
We collect information on which portions of our website visitors access or visit. We also collect information volunteered by visitors, such as survey information and/or website registrations. Any personal information we collect is used for internal review and is either discarded or used by us to contact subscribers for purposes such as those described below. We may publish as a part of our event proceedings a list of participants (i.e., the Annual Environmental Legislative Symposium).

The information collected is used to send our users email reminders and other information we think will be of interest. If, for any reason, you would like to be removed from our email list you can opt-out of future mailings by simply stating this desire in a reply to any email we send you.

We compile this information into a statistical aggregate which we use, together with your personal information, for internal business and administrative purposes including improving our website, our operations and our client service.

Refund Policy
Contributions made to the Planning & Conservation League and the PCL Foundation are non-refundable.
PCL Membership Contribution Policy
Contributions to the Planning and Conservation League for membership and general contributions to PCL are processed within 1 to 5 days of receipt. Members will begin to receive all the rights and benefits of membership immediately upon the processing of the membership contribution. Subscriptions to California Today for new PCL Members begin with the issue immediately following the processing of the membership contribution.
PCL Foundation Contribution Policy
Contributions to the PCL Foundation are processed within 1 to 5 days of receipt. Contributors to the PCL Foundation receive no benefits or services in exchange for their contribution.
