The Planning and Conservation League Foundation is a nonprofit
organization founded in 1972, whose mission is to protect the
California environment and ensure that California continues
to be an attractive, livable and equitable state by engaging
in cutting-edge environmental public policy research and educating
and empowering local communities to participate in local and
state environmental decision making processes.
The research of the PCL Foundation is made available to the Planning
and Conservation League, other organizations, state and
local government decision-makers, and the general public
to serve as a catalyst for public policy change to solve
critical environmental problems. |
