| California’s natural resources got their first lobbying support in 1965 from a then newly formed organization called the Planning and Conservation League (PCL). In time, those efforts led to important environmental protections for our mountains, valleys, deserts and coasts. And now, more than 40 years later, PCL is still working on legislation and policies in the Capitol to ensure California’s diverse landscapes and communities are protected. |
